Are there any integration projects between 3CX and Zoho Desk? Currently integrating only with Zoho CRM

Please contact Zoho support. They have been working with us to create a CRM template for Zoho Desk. I know they have provided something to some of their customers, so probably if you get in contact with them, they will be able to give you what they have.
