3cx Yealink 2n Door Station not unlocking

Hi All,

Yealink T58A phones running latest 3cx firmware and 3cx template
3cx version 15.5.15502.6
2n Intercom door station

I have two problems around the one issue, unlocking doors.
Problem 1) I have tried to configure the door lock function but it isn't working, the 2n Door Phone never receives the unlock code. I can receive calls and video just fine.
Problem 2) I have Line keys programmed with type "Open Door" to directly access the intercom http interface and unlock the doors (this is working great) but everytime the phone provisions it wipes the line keys and I have to access the web ui of the 20 phones and re-configure the line key.

Ideally I would like to solve both problems but if I can get away with solving problem 2 that would be awesome.

Problem 2,

You have provisioned the phone thru 3CX, so any manual changes done to the phone will be overwritten when the phone is reprovisioned (this happens every 24hrs) , which will use the BLF setup configured within 3CX.

You have a couple of options.

1. Remove the provisioning the url from phone, and manually configure the phones with the required DSS keys.

2. Create a custom template, and add the required code to the template. - https://www.3cx.com/docs/custom-ip-phone-templates/. Note; Custom templates are not supported by 3CX

Thanks, I was thinking a custom template but I wanted to rule out a "you need to click x".
I've made a template, deleting the default 3cx lines and inserting the lines for just the "Open Door" config, which I got from an export of a manually configured phone.
I'll test tomorrow, after I manually delete all the phones from the extensions and then re add them with the custom template.
