3CX - Zendesk Call Journaling

Hello,

I am trying to implement the Zendesk integration like in this tutorial:

But i do not know where to find the Call Journaling option...
In Settings - CRM Integration the only thing displayed is the CRM Provider configuration, no other options like in the tutorial.

Hello Ernesto, any news on when Update 2 will be available?

There is no ETA for this. We didn't release Update 1 yet. That's the first step, and will be in the following days. Then you should expect Update 2 between 1 and 2 months after Update 1 is released.
