3CX - Zoho Integration mandatory fields in modules

Hello, there.

I have a cuestion with my 3CX - Zoho Integration.

As you know in the Leads or Contacts modules the fields Phone Number, Fax and Mobile are required for the integration.
I want to know if there is a way to change this because I don't need to use the Mobile field in my module layout from the Zoho CRM.
If I delete that field from the module layout the 3CX Integration fails due to that is mandatory field.

Or if I delete the Fax field this error appears and the integration it's not working:

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_QUERY","details":{"reason":"the field is not available for search","api_name":"Fax"},"message":"invalid query formed","status":"error"}

I want know what I need to do to remove one of these fields without broking the 3CX - Zoho integration

The only way to achieve that would be editing the XML template we provide, removing the fields that you don't want from the query.

However, please note that if you do this, you will end up with a custom template, and you will miss any update we provide.
