3CXClient is blocked

Have anyone ever seen this error before? How to correct it?

Is this for all or one client?

Have you tried disabling the firewall? I suspect there is a firewall issue here.

3CX Web Client is your next go to if you cant modify the network.

This is what I see on the logs:

What version of 3CX are you running ? actual version is shown on the 3CX management console

Is the 3CX client on the same network at the 3CX ?

If remote, have you run the firewall test , and any errors you need to resolve them,

Hi @Saqqara , the client have been working fine for the last 3 days since it was setup and today started to show this error.

All my extensions are remote and the 3cx client, according to the phones menu is up to date with the version on the server.

No idea how to resolve this.

Try sending the registration email again and applying it.
Static Public IP or Dynamic?
Ensure that you can resolve the WebGui from that remote site.

Hello @daktur

Please navigate to the extension settings / Phone provisioning pick the 3CX client from the drop down list and make sure that the option " Block Presence information in 3CX Clients / Webclient" is not enabled.
