Hi,
I'm trying to use the latest 3CXDesktopApp version 18.8.508.0 inside a virtualized Windows 10 Pro x64 20H2 French. I'm using VMWare Workstation for this virtualization. The PBX is an On-Premise 18.0 Update3 (Build 461) in a physical PC.
Of course, the virtual machine doesn't have a camera or a sound card.
In this virtual machine:
The 3CX WebClient PWA is working perfectly
The 3CX WebClient Web Page is working perfectly
The "Legacy" 3CX Windows Client version 16.3.0.264 is working perfectly
But the 3CXDesktopApp version 18.8.508.0 keeps showing the message "Disconnected. Waiting for network." It works at the startup of the app, but If I navigate in "Calls, Meet or Panel" the Network error message appears after 2-3 seconds.

Just in case, I also tried to provision with those parameters but I get the same issue:
3CXDesktopApp.exe tcx+app:HTTP://192.168.XXX.XXX:5000/P/XXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX
3CXDesktopApp.exe tcx+app:HTTPS://192.168.XXX.XXX:5001/P/XXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX
3CXDesktopApp.exe tcx+app:HTTP://DNS:5000/P/XXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX
3CXDesktopApp.exe tcx+app:HTTPS://DNS:5001/P/XXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX
If I install the 3CXDesktopApp version 18.8.508.0 on a physical laptop it's working fine. Inside and outside our private network. Using, of course, the same phone extension/user.
This situation is more present when I use Remote Desktop to control the machine. Sometimes, I can make it work using directly the Console.
I use this VM as a remote management box. I log in to this box to use putty, web browser and some small tools. It's a jump box to manage the network from the inside.
I have a feeling about that issue. Can this be related to the missing microphone or webcam? With Remote Desktop, the audio is linked to Local Ressource of the remote user.
Is there a log file that I can check on the client's PC or on the PBX?
Is "ok" to use the new 3CXDesktopApp version 18.8.508.0 in this type of situation. This is really useful when I'm not at the office and the users have some questions or issues to double-check.

Thank you for your help/idea.
