3CXIVR service dies randomly

The 3CXIVR service appears to stop running randomly. We are on the latest 3CX build, and the latest updates are applied.

Here is what the log output shows:

You can manually start the process, and everything resumes normal operation.

I know I can write a cron script to automatically restart the process when it dies, but that's not the right way to fix the problem.

Has anyone else seen this, or have an idea how to resolve?

Please make sure that your machine has sufficient resources to handle the traffic and that your OS is fully up to date. If everything checks out i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the issue.
