The 3CXIVR service appears to stop running randomly. We are on the latest 3CX build, and the latest updates are applied.
Here is what the log output shows:
Oct 26 10:23:04 3cx kernel: [85377.474586] traps: 3CXIVR[821] general protection ip:7f08cf59625b sp:7f08b2ff90a0 error:0
Oct 26 10:23:04 3cx kernel: [85377.474591] in libc-2.24.so[7f08cf51f000+195000]
You can manually start the process, and everything resumes normal operation.
I know I can write a cron script to automatically restart the process when it dies, but that's not the right way to fix the problem.
Has anyone else seen this, or have an idea how to resolve?
