3CXIVR01 service stops sporadically

Hi,
about every 2 weeks our IVR service stops.
We´re still on V15.5

This is what our syslog says:
systemd[1]: 3CXIVR01.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=6/ABRT
systemd[1]: 3CXIVR01.service: Unit entered failed state.
systemd[1]: 3CXIVR01.service: Failed with result 'signal'.

Any idea how to figure out what´s wrong and how to fix it?
A cron job to restart the service is not an option

Hi Dennis,

Wait until this happens again. While the service is still stopped, take a look at 3CXIVR.log to see what the last thing the IVR service was doing just before the crash.
