Windows 7 Professional (two different systems)
Reinstalled current version of 3CX
.Net Framework 4.5 installed

3CX Phone starts but crashes when screen says Loading Presence Information

This happens on both systems

For fun I updated one machine to .net 4.5.1 and now 3CXPhone says there is an update available from your 3CX phone system and then quits.

3CXPhone is developed and tested with .NET 4.0. Please, install this version of framework.

Regards, Nikolai Orekhov
Software developer @ 3CX

Please, could you give me the whole information from Event Viewer? This could help a lot.
Also If you have a log file, please, send it to me.
Usually it will be at c:\Documents and Settings\user\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs

Also, please could you send me your 3CXPhone.xml so I can run it on mine and try to reproduce?

You are running a different operating system and don't even mention which version of 3CX you are dealing with. You should have started a new topic and included additional information.
