3CXPhone crushes when pressed on blinking missed call button

It crushes when user "gets" new missed call and user tries to open it to see who was it.

It hapens on Win 7 Pro SP1 and Win Vista Bus SP2 where users are logged with limited rights (members of local User group).

After digging a bit, I found 3CXPhone.exe won't write missed log in %LOCALAPPDATA%\3CX VoIP Phone\History .

It does create file (if I delete it and restart app), but empty!

(general note: Users have default full access right on their %LOCALAPPDATA% and it's subs)

If you can reproduce this issue on a regular basis, then please do the following test:
- when the "missing calls" is blinking, instead to click it, try to open from menu Calls/Missed.
If it crash, next time try to open Calls/History and tell me if it's working ok.

in attachment you can find screenshoots of 3CXPhone after I closed current active 3CX Assistant on PC with Win 7 and manualy deleted history file then rerun 3CX Assistant, then I simulated miss call by calling it from "outside".

I have the same problem.
I use 2 accounts with 3CX and one account works perfect, the other one crushes (the Extension and ID here contains a special character '*').
Maybe this is the problem.

Hello again,
Just to clarify. These are the steps to reproduce.

1.- You have calls in "Call History".
2.- Clear them
3.- Just after clearing, make a "missed call" to your extension. Call from other phone or softphone to your extension.
4.- The "missed call" button will blink.
5.- Press "missed call". You got the crash.

The only workaround found is closing the softphone withe "Exit" button. Start again softphone. Now you don't have the "missed call" button blinking but you can check the missed call in "Call History". Now you won't have other crash until again you clear the "Call History", have a "missed call" and press the blinking button.
