3CXPhone for Android DISCONNECTED

I am using 3CX v14 on a Windows 10 PC and have installed 3CXPhone for Android on a Nexus phone. The 3CXPhone is registered with PBX and can receive calls when a caller calls the PBX and enters the assigned extension, but the 3CXPhone shows DISCONNECTED and I can NOT make calls from it.

I have configured Android PUSH and it works.

What can I do to fix this?
