3cxphone for windows on a Surface

Has anyone had issues with 3cxphone for windows with Microsoft Surface? I have customer that has bad quality calls.

From a hardware (speed) perspective, there should be no reason for it. Has the tablet been tried, at various locations to eliminate the local network as an issue? Could there be something else running on the computer that is causing the problem?
