3CXPhone for Windows v12 and v12.5 don't work

I used to have 3CXPhone for Windows version 6 installed and working good.
Recently I had to resintall the whole operating system and I can't find version 6 anymore.
3CXPhone for Windows v12 and v12.5 don't work with my VoIP provider. I don't know why.
Is there a way to identify why the newer versions don't work?

Hi there,
3CXPhone v12 is not designed to be used without 3CX Phone System, you need client+server where server will connect to the provider.

The latest versions are only for use with the 3CX PBX.
