3CXPhone Line in CTI Mode

In my 3CXPhone, all lines were inactive, if the software is in CTI mode. Is this behavoir normal and is there no way for attended transfer in CTI mode (if i won't touch my desk phone). when i use it as full softphone, i can select lines...

This is the normal behavior and currently there is no way for attended transfers in CTI mode. if you have any further questions please let us know.
