Hello

Are there any possibilities to change the default settings in 3CXPhone for all users? I'm talking about settings like supported codecs and DTMF. Or does really every user have to change these things manually after setup?

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot change the default settings of the 3CX Phone System. You will have to manually change this settings after setup.
