Solved 3CXPhone v 6.0.26523.0 Malformed Packet

Hello,

I'm using the 3CXPhone app. I can make outgoing calls perfectly. Incoming calls fail on answer.

I'm connecting to my PBX over a VPN connection.

Error in my PBX is this:

Figured out this was a misconfiguration on the extension.

I'm glad you sorted this out but, for anyone else reading this I do have to mention that the softphone you're using is very old and no longer supported by 3CX so we can't actually guarantee normal functionality or that it would work at all for that matter.
