3CXPhone V12 poup-up for every call

In MyPhone V11, we got the option "notify on incoming calls" in parameters.
In 3CCphone v12,it's not possible to disable the incoming call pop up for notification, which disturb many of our users.

Moreover, when we pick-up a call, a 3CXphone open a Popup windows with transfer, recording, etc functions, which is not so bad. But when we Hang-up, the 3CXphone windows stay open.
This pop-up windows should disappear when we Hang-up and should not appear if an "Notify on Incoming call" option were set to off.

Now, with the V12 SP2, when the 3CX Phone start, it display, in full screen, the presence screen.

That really disturbing users who have this 3CX Phone only for CTI reason. They are not part of Queues and they don't care about the presence feature.

They just need to launch a call directly from our Enterprise application. They already accept to type Ctrl-C + OtherKey rather that just one like before in V11 MyPHone.

My users are really upset with 3CX Phone that pop's up all the time on their screen
They don't need to have this presence from starting and they don't need to have 3CX starting each time they answer a call.

Please introduce an option (or several options) in the parameters to control starting screen and pop-up.
