3CXPhone Windows - On hold/Transfer Music

Hello,

I am using 3CXPhone for windows and cannot hear any music when putting calls on hold (by pressing the hold button) or when transferring them (by pressing the transfer button).
When I use the keypad commands, instead, everything works fine.
I am using pbxes.org as a switchboard.

Why do you think music wouldn't work?

Let me know if additional information is necessary to sort this out?

Where is the music (when it works) coming from? I'm assuming the PBX as that is the way it works during a transfer with the 3CX PBX. Perhaps each method, using the 3CX phone, is done in a different manner as interpreted by you PBX.

thanks for your reply.
Yes, it comes from the PBX.

It must definitely be something about how the PBX interprets the signals from the 3CXPhone.

I was wondering if there is any other setting (either in the phone or the PBX) which I have overlooked.
