3CXPlugin with SugarCrm [Create Contact]

hello folks,

yesterday i did integrate 3CX with Sugarcm

it work smooth,

i can dial from the SugarCRM

i can see Open Contact for Lead/Contact while they call us.

i can fill call details when it ends

BUT

the 3CXPlugin , don't create a contact when it not found inside Leads/Contacts/Accounts

I see option inside behaviour box in the plugin and i don't know how it works

any suggestions will be really appreciated
