3cxWebMeeting - Video conference - Yealink vc800

Hi Guys,

A customer just bouth a Yealink vc800 ($$$$ lol) because he read somewhere that it was compatine with 3cx ....

I have the unit on my desk but am having trouble undestanding the way it integrates with 3cx ..... please tell me that somone here already used the top of the line camera with 3cx for Video.

Not sure where your client got the info it was compatible with 3cx

It is not on the list of supported devices - no video conference system are on the list

Please note that this device is not supported by 3CX so you cannot provision it and have it working "out of the box". That does not mean however that it will not work if you manually configure it. Perhaps another user has done it and is able to assist you with it. The list of supported devices can be found here: https://www.3cx.com/support/
