3rd Party Customisation

My question is 3-fold.

Firstly, would you be able to change the standard system voice prompts by simply replacing the wav files, or is there some more info that needs to be changed?

Secondly, would there be some kind of interface for 3rd parties to write plugins to operate with 3CX? Eg, for dialing contacts from MS Outlook.

Thirdly, would 3rd parties be allowed to rebrand the web interface?

In regards to your questions

1. Yes you can change the voice prompts, it can be done by rerecording the prompts and then specifying them in the system prompts pages

2. We are planning to create a TAPI driver which will work with Outlook already but also allow easy integration from any Windows App

3. Co-branding will be possible for large unit orders or for bundling agreements with large VOIP providers.

That's a great product, I am very excited to start in using it..
Do you have any update on TAPI Driver for Outlook? I cannot wait to start to have some fun integrating 3CX between all the Office stuffs..
