We have transfered our only customer with a 3CX Free subscription to their own [email protected] account, but the expiry date is still on the 1st of September. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Just wait or should it already have changed to the end of this year by now (it's been a day or so since we did this)?

Hello, we are still in SC Standard... is it normal ? What we have to do to be upgraded (free) to pro ? If i look in portal i have the option to upgrade to Pro (with a fee).

Yes that is normal!
There is no way to upgrade for free to pro. Pro is available now only for the first 2 months of the trial.
You will need to pay the annual fee to have a Pro edition.

In my private account this banner is showing "registration required", what I have to do? The licence key is registerd to my private email adress.

@bitn2 - Just check that the current expiration is 31 December 2023 and you are ok for now.

That notification is because we will run the script to extend the free keys based on the rules as explained in the blog post.
If its correctly register it will be extended to 2024. This task is to be done close to end of the year.

Yes the expiration date is ok. This message is very confusing. How do i know its correctly registert? Its my private email address, its one on premise with the free key and one startup in my account. No partner linked.
