In order for your NFR to be instantly upgraded your, Basic must be completed and your NFR activated within the first 90 days of partnership. If these steps are not taken within this timeframe, then the only way to upgrade your NFR, is to become Bronze. Your 3CX Account Manager will be contacting you today to discuss.

In the partner portal locate the subscription in question and press on more, there is the same ability for you as partner.

If you are an affiliate, you will stay on Standard NFR licenses until you reach Bronze level.

If you are a new partner, the Academy/Trainee Partner level only lasts 6 months starting from the moment you reach Basic Certification and have activated/installed and running your NFR license. All that must be done within 90-days of signing up for the program.

Start by upgrading to the free 1 year, complete that process. Then, go to Buy > Renew > input the license key, and you should be able to add 1 paid year from there.

When i click renew, it give error as below:

The 1 Year Trial is currently 1 Year, 4SC Enterprise, if i change the SC or Edition, it let me upgrade, but when trying to renew the 4SC Ent Free 1 Year trial, it give that error. can someone help?

I tried Buy > Renew subs and it give me the option to upgrade, now the only issue, it does not show the expiry date. For example current Trail ENT expire on September 2022, when i renew now, i suppose it should expire on September 2023 right?

Yes it should add one year to the license.
