3CXAre you using a 3CX FQDN or a custom one? It will need to work for a secure connection.
It’s hosted on premise it’s just I need to host it here and have a SBC remote and I need it to provision. I do have it on a windows server cause I knew this might happen but I don’t know how to configure the DNSHas this ever worked before?
Is the phone system hosted or is it located locally on the same network as you?
If it’s on the same network, have you configured hairpin NAT or set up a local DNS entry?
The 3CX service should be the only service running in its environment (server).DNS server is installed I just don’t know how to configure it
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
