403 Forbidden -

We recently installed 3cx v18 but we are having difficulty configuring Outbound Parameters in Trunk.

Error: Call or Registration to 115511992307122@(Ln.10000@GoTo1) has failed. 162.250.61.14 replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:162.250.61.14:5060

Where can I fix this error?

It may be that the number you are sending, is not in the correct format, or the caller ID you are sending is not accepted by your provider. You might want to talk to your provider, to see if they can shed some light on the actual issue, to save yourself some time.

It could also mean it's an IP authenticated trunk and the call is not coming from an authorized IP. But either way, as @leejor says, since the forbidden is coming from 162.250.61.14 which is not 3CX, those are the folks you want to talk to about why it is being rejected.
