To be clear, it's possible someone changed a setting on the 3CX that caused this I just haven't been able to find it.
I have many 3CX systems using Flowroute for the trunk, and I have always configured the main trunk DID in the 11 digit format, and all but one are still working correctly.
But one 3CX stopped allowing inbound calls. Like I said, there could have been a change I just don't see it anywhere. I eventually called Flowroute and was told to add a "+" in front of the DID in the trunk config. Well, none of my others are that way, but sure why not. And it worked.
So my question is less about how to fix it and more "why was it broken" when all the others are working fine? Is there a setting or option someplace that would make a difference?
It just seems odd that one out of all these systems is having this problem.
