407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hello,
My phones do not connect and when doing a packet capture 3CX is returning "407 Proxy Authentication Required" when a phone tries to register. I have set the logs to verbose but they don't show anything.

After the 407 do you see a new register attempt from the phone with the authorization details included? If yes what does the PBX say to that?
If you don't then perhaps the phone does not receive the message back. You might need to perform a capture on the phone to compare messages
