42P01: relation "messaging_account" does not exist

Hello,

As shown in title, I get this error message every time I try to open/edit an extension.

Anyone have any idea what might be the reason for this?

I also noticed that this PBX didn't update to the latest version automatically like others, which is most likely related.

Hi,

If you tried to upgrade and it failed, the admin will receive an email with the log of the upgrade failure.

If not, then configure a correct admin email (Settings>>Email>>Notifications) and upgrade the system from the management console so you can receive the log and learn why.
