470IP Call Transfer

I have two Siemens 470IP phones on two different extensions. When I press the R button I can transfer calls to external numbers. How do I transfer internally from one 470IP to the other ie between extensions not on the same base station?

It should be the same method to transfer to another extension, the R button, then extension number. I'm not familiar with that set, a lot probably depends on what SIP message is being sent when the R button is pressed.

Thanks for the reply. It appears when I press the R button it automatically gives me an outside line to transfer - no chance of an internal transfer. What sort of things should I be looking for to change the SIP message?
