481: Call/Transaction does not exist

Hi,

Got a few phones that are saying no service, phones are STUN and relevant firewall and NAT rules are in place.

Did a quick Wireshark, and it is saying this:



Please can somebody offer some assistance? previously we had to reboot the router to get it working again, but obviously we cannot keep doing that everytime extensions go down.

Are these phones behind the same firewall?

Does router have SIP ALG enabled?

Have you given each phone their own SIP Port / RTP Ports with IP reservations and port forwarding is set up?

Same firewall.

No it does not.

Yes they have.

Have done a router reboot, and the error message is now showing 407.
