I am not sure if this has anything to do with the issue. However I have a HT801 with a PI. All software is up to date. The claim is calls are being dropped after answering even when calling outbound. I have ensured the device is registering, and it does every 30-40 seconds and I see a REGISTER and ACK. I confirm on the device locally itself. What i am noticing are these 487 messages. Not sure if its part of the problem. If it not a problem, what else can I look for to see what is happening.

The log does not seem to be showing any "real" IP addresses, just the localhost address of 127.0.0.1 . I would think that if there were a log involving the HT801, it would include it's IP.

Which end shows to be dropping the calls?

Hi @greatchoice

Are calls terminated immediately after answering or does some time go by before the call terminates? Also i am guessing the ATA is registered via SBC that's why we are seeing the local host address.

Does the issue occur when calling other extensions or only when calling outside numbers? Try calling *777 and see if you can hear your self and if the call drops or not.

Sorry, because you hadn't provided specifics, about your setup. I initially assumed that your "Pi" was a PBX and not an SBC, as it can be used as either..

Are there other devices at that location, that also have issues?
Did this just "start", or it has been a problem from the install?
Do calls to the extension , stay up? Only an outbound issue?
