I have a customer that i need to offer to him 4G/LTE SIP Gateway tested successfully with 3CX . Unfortunately, Beronet & Farsouthnet 4G/LTE SIP Gateways are out of stock at our distributor.

Do you have suggestions for other 4G/LTE SIP Gateways that you have tested successfully with 3CX?

You might want to make mention of in which country, and with which provider, you plan on using this. It may eiminate any incompatible units.
