I bit more information might be helpful.

Did this just start, or is it a new install? Does this happen on all outgoing call attempts, or do some work? Do incoming work? As the reply is coming from your gateway, you might check to see if the gateway has an internal log system that may help in diagnosing..

I'm assuming it is a PSTN gateway, if that is the case, confirm that there is dialtone, on all lines, at the connections to device itself.

it was working normally we come to office Monday only we can receives calls and only call the 8005800 its Etisalat number then i do reboot all systems then it stopped working cant receive or make calls when i make call i heard : "the call has been banned contact ur administrator " itisalat send suppor he say every thing working on the BRI device so i do check vega gateway i see this but trunk connected between 3cx windows 10 and the vega gateway

As the VEGA is not a supported device you are probably better of talking to Sangoma support

• now i can recived calls and i can call land line but cant make calls mobile number i get this issue in 3cx can u help plz

I'm assuming 192.168.104.3 is the VEGA gateway. If so, then you need to talk to Sangoma (or whoever is delivering service into the VEGA) as that's where the rejection is coming from. This is not a 3CX issue.
