Hi,
when using the Android app and dialing an external number, or receiving an external call, I get a 603 error Declined. I don't get this error on an iPhone app.

Any suggestions how I can analyse this error, to see if there is a configuration error or another cause?

Thx Pieter

The Local SIP domain is the ip address of the 3CX server on the LAN
The Local SIP domain should be the FQDN used by this 3CX PBX instance. Go back to Settings >> Network >> FQDN and make absolutely sure that the "Local SIP domain"(2) field matches exactly what is seen in the "Fully Qualified Domain Name"(1) field, press OK and then try again:

Ah, great! I had the local IP address of the server there.

That's probably it.
Can you confirm if it works now?

Yes, it works now! Strange that there is this difference between the iPhone and the Android implementation, but with this they both work. Thanks a lot.
