I am having problems calling into a Konftel IP DECT 10 base with a 300WX Handset. The phone can dial out but not take incoming calls. The activity log shows on the 3CX dashboard:

04/16/2020 8:39:15 AM - Call to T:Extn:265@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060;line=16113] from L:2277.1[Line:10002<<Ha18039VQtt] failed, cause: Cause: 604 Does Not Exist Anywhere/INVITE from 192.168.3.10:5060

The phones SIP Log shows in two different parts of the log.
SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required
SIP/2.0 604 Does Not Exist Anywhere

Hi Travis,

It's not guaranteed to work but you may be able to get basic calls going with some tweaks. Since this device is not officially supported, you will have to investigate a bit further. Are you at all familiar with wireshark?

Somewhat, its installed on the 3CX server. I ran a capture while I was making a call to get the Call Transfer Failed message from the attendant. I have the results but I am hesitant to post the log of our sever on a public forum. Is there a way I can show you that in a PM?

You can start a capture, and ring the device's extension from another extension that already works.

Once the call fails, end the capture, and open the pcap in Wireshark
A normal call would look like this (PBX side on the left, phone on the right)
Invite comes in, it starts ringing and sends 200 Ok as soon as I answer.
PBX acknowledges, and users talk
Then the phone sends a BYE when I hang-up

In your case, you would have to look at what the phone replies to the PBX after the invite is sent.

Note: the IPs above are hidden, but you can figure out your own IPs if you know what device has what IP

The problem was with the 300wx handset. I noticed a similar thread and the handset was re- paired and fixed the problem. The status of this handset was set to enabled. The status must be set to Present. Deleting and resetting the handset to factory defaults and registering worked. It allows incoming calls.
