*777 test failed

Hi;

I remembered that if I want to test if my web client phone working or not, I can dial *777 from the number pad of web client phone, than I will hear the echo and my voice if I speak to the speaker. If this *777 test failed, what should I look at, the ports started from 10000 or what is the ports ?

Has your Firewall Checker passed? Just to be sure, have you ensured that your microphone is allowed?
