Hello,

I did it to add successfull an VoIP Provider, and i could add a Extension User successfull. So it should work to make a call.

But I have 2 problems with my 3CX Systen:

- When i make a call von any real phone to my VoIP Number and add the extension number on end of Number it dont matter what extension i add, i always reach same extension, configured in "In Office Time" rules. Why it have no effect when i add f.e. the extension "21" ??

- When i try to make a call from the extension i created to any external number i get following error szenario (in this case i dial the number 01234567 from the extension 21:

Be care, 123.123.123.123 is not my ip, i just modified for forum few. Why the hell the PBX add "sip:" before and "@123.123.123.123" after the number i want to dial? :D

15:04:47.078 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(5): Call is terminated
15:04:47.062 Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(5): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]] failed. Reason: Not Found
15:04:47.062 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503013]: Call(5): No known route to target: [sip:[email protected]]
15:04:47.000 CallCtrl::onIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(5): Incoming call from Ext.21 to [sip:[email protected]]

On your first problem, you can use either Digital Recepcionist to do what you want, or(dont know if this will actually work) you can create DID's, you will have to create a did for each extension....on the number "part" you will have to put your VoIP number plus the extension redirect to that same extension....
On your second problem, with the info you provide aint easy to guess, but i might say you are using Stun on the SIP phones... that may cause you to use the External IP on the extensions(seeing that it is a internal extension)

Cheers

Problem 1. Try to restart 3CX PhoneSystem service in Windows just after configuring via Web interface, or restart the PC

Problem 2. It seems to be misconfiguration in outbound rules.

yeah, i could solve problem #1

but problem #2 still exist. i tried to make a test, all incoming dials to extension 88 should be redirected from the PBX to my external cell phone number +439999999

so when i dial the extension following appear in serverlog:

10:34:54.609 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(40): Call is terminated
10:34:54.578 LineCfg::getInboundTarget [CM503011]: Inbound office hours' rule for DID:Sabine forwards to DN:+439999999

whats wrong here? i made an outgoing rule that all outgoing calls go over my SIP Provider, why it dont work? :(

First thing - remove the + sign from you mobile number
Second tning - add outgouing rule for line ANOTHER from calling line. Rule must state that all numbers witn Number Length 9 (because you nomber has 9 digits - 39999999) should go to that line.

i tried that but it didnt help, is it possible that the PBX ignore the outgoing rule?

i have only 1 provider added, its a normal SIP Provider here in my country. I dont want to make any pc 2 pc calls, only SIP Phone to external number (or internal extension), so the PBX should always go out about that SIP Provider we have.

What does that line mean?:

10:34:54.562 Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(40): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]:5060] failed. Reason: Not Found

what is that "sip:", and what is that "mysipdomain.local:5060"? Shouldnt it be just "039999999" = ínstead of "sip:[email protected]:5060" ? :(

IP PBX works with SIP signalling, so its use sip:
You need to learn essentials of SIP protocol to use IP PBX.

thats why i used 3xc out of the box solution instead of asterisk. take it easy oo

how can i check if the outgoing rule is used? is there no way to say that all outgoing go over my only 1 provider? i will not have more then one, even not in future! :(

i tried following rule:

Numbers begin with: *
Call from extensions: 0-99
Route1: myProvider.

But outrgoin still dont work. So maybe the Route dont work? Or he dont use that rule? How to find out?

rofl it work now. but thats weird.

wenn i call for example the number 0123456789 from my extension 66 and i have outgoing rule for all calls from extension 66 it dont work. but when i make an outgoing rule for all calls with 10 digits it work.

why it dont work with the extension ???

:(
