Hello,

when I try to add a new Voip provider, I get this error because the same user is used with another provider. The Sip-Server address is different, so this seems to be a bug in the 3CX Phone System 12 with latest updates.

Any workarounds?

Not a bug, it has always been this way. I suggest you ask for a new user id.
