Why not offer to buy up his product and combine it with yours, and get your UI team to pretty it up, that way you kill the competition + get a 3 year boost in dev ops done
Just surprised nobody at 3cx thought of taking on this project sooner.
Hello
@ElementalWindX Im actually the owner of PBXMonitor.
We just wanted to make a platform that facilitated everything you could ever need to do to manage and monitor large numbers of 3CX Servers, which is the absolute best telecom platform in the world.
My project began long before there was ever an instance manager. Back in the days of 3CX 15.
As for competing with 3CX, i do not see it as competition, the more 3CX Grows, the more demand there is for a platform like mine, therefore i am quite happy with things the way they are, and i think i am quite fair with my pricing, im not out to be the next google here, or i wouldn't be offering the service so cheap, what you see on the website for pricing is hardly ever what people actually pay, in any email you got from us, im sure there was a discount included, we do not send them out without one...
What about our interface concerns you, 75% of what is in PBXMonitor is built based on feature requests from our client base and its growing all the time.
As for 3CX Buying me out, well, then the platform would not have me at the helm, and i like to think i bring a quite unique background to the development of the system. You may not be aware of this, but I am actually a Cyber Security Engineer, Computer Forensics Engineer, and I started up as a CCNA back at the beginning. PBXMonitor is built with the utmost care to security risks, and i actually do penetration testing against it during development to ensure it is bulletproof from a hacking standpoint.
My experience comes from extensive work for Private Sector, Law Enforcement, and other Government Agencies, literally tracking down hackers, as well as helping them ensure their own system are safe from the other black hats of the world. To be an expert white hatter after all, you have to own a black hat too.
Feel free to check out my experience here on linkedin, you will see, not to sound uppity, but there aren't very many people out there like me:
