A positive note

Just wanted to say that 3CX is saving my business a lot of headaches right now!

We have a big electric outage right now in the region of Montreal (Canada) and if our PBX was on-premise like almost all other solutions, we wouldn't have phones and our customers (who have electricity right now) couldn't get support from us. After 36h without power, everything is down.

This is why I love 3CX: the mobile app with a Cloud PBX.

Well, a big UPS could make it to 6 hours but still, the Cloud has a redundancy on another level. I had a total of 16 calls today. Thanks to 3CX, all my clients are happy even if I am working in my car, with a laptop and a power converter!

Currently, Montreal itself is almost untouched but Laval and the North shore has been hit really hard. Look at the attached picture, the numbers are the numbers of outages. They think they are gonna get the power back tonight or during the night. The beauty of the province of of Quebec apparently!
