Last week I received a bunch of emails saying "A trunk failover occurs or max amount of calls available through trunk has been exceeded". Body of message saying"
Device <caller number> dialed on (Anyline@providername) had no available outgoing trunk(s) for Call(from "<User extension>"<sip:123@voip.<domain>.ca>;tag=<serial number> to <caller number>)
Has anyone seen this issue happen before? There were no recent changes to our 3cx and when I checked the logs the extension had a number of outbound calls to different numbers that went unanswered and reason was no route existed. If anyone can shed some light that would be appreciated.
