Has anyone been able to get this phone working? Followed the steps, but to no avail. Any suggestions. System works with Softphone but not this phone. (New)

Have you been able to get the phone to work with provider?

Have you been able to get the phone to work with a direct connection to your VoIP provider?

Does the phone register with the 3CX server at all?

Can you ping the phone on your network?

Can you access the phone via a web interface?

We really need a complete description of the problem in order to help.
