Aastra Send to VM Key

I just installed a new phone system over the weekend and they came from a FreePBX. The receptionist used to be able to hit a pre-programmed key and then the corresponding BLF key to trasnfer directly to someone's voice mail. Has anyone tried this on 3CX? I can't get it to work for the life of me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
