Abandoned calls appear on every extension in queue after update

Hello,

After latest update to 16.0.1581, on wallboard appears abandoned calls for every extension which are member of queue. Before update the abandoned calls was only for queue. The 3CX instance is based on Debian (downloaded from 3CX), the phones are connected only in LAN without remote extensions. The phones are Fanvil X3S and Grandstream GXP2130 and was updated with latest firmware provided from 3CX. I tried to restart the 3CX and phones, but without success. Do you have any idea if this is an bug or an change? We didn't modify nothing after update..

Hi ionut,

This is how it works in V16:

• Any call that is ended while polling the agents, will appear as an abandoned call.
• Your Queue Abandoned will go +1
• Any agent being polled at the time will have their abandoned go +1
• If the call reaches destination if no answer, then the queue abandoned goes +1 but the agents polled don't have an increment

In this "Ring All" queue example:
Call 1 was polling agents when the caller hang up
Call 2 reached Destination If No Answer

Queue Abandoned = 2
Agent 000 Abandoned = 1
Agent 020 Abandoned = 1
Agent 030 Abandoned = 0 because he was logged out
