Abandoned calls does not reset in Myphone

Hello,

does this happen to other than me? I have my queue statistics reset according to a schedule. It works fine, with one little exception: Abandoned calls in Myphone does not reset. (see picture)

All other stats in Myphone resets properly and in Wallboard all stats reset, even abandoned.

Any ideas?

Out of curiosity, what happens if you exit the app and then restart? Does the counter then reset?

No it doesn't. I have found no way to get rid of them. Resetting queue manually doesn't reset this either.

Seems like a bug if all other aspects reset on all other mechanisms. Hopefully the3cx folks will see and address, but if you have access to support, I would submit a ticket.

This issue is known and it will be fixed with next SP for v11.

I have the same issue. My queue wil reset every day. But the number of abandoned calls for the members of the queue doesn't reset. It only increments.

I am running V11 with CCE and in my case, the abandoned calls are resetting along with the rest of the data on schedule - daily.
