Solved Ability to configure "Auto change status when idle" for users

Hi,

I have a problem with excessive abandoned calls. This occur when a user leave your table to lunch or any cause and don't change manually the status. He continue logged on in queue.

I need 3cx interact with Windows changing automaticaly the status to Away when user not use the computer for X times or when user lock the windows session.

How to do this?

Hello @Eder Pardeiro,

The 3CX phone for Windows has this setting.

Just go to Settings > Configure Accounts > Double click on preferred account > Advanced Settings
