Ability to record incoming and outgoing conversations

Does 3cx have the ability to record incomming and outgoing conversations, or is there a 3-party application that is compatible with 3cx.

3Cx Phone System does not have the capability but many SIP phones do. For example X-lite allows you to record phone calls.
