Access SMS/MMS file attachments

We have need with a Client to be able to document inbound/outbound SMS/MMS messages for risk management. To start with, in order to ensure a former Emp does not have access to an extension from 3CX App after termination, it appears we need to delete / recreate the Extension (just disabling the Extension or resetting the password does not stop access on the 3CX app for at least some period of time beyond 30+ mins); then the old SMS/MMS messages are gone from the Extension (which is expected/fine). However, while the Messaging Log provides the record of old SMS/MMS messages as well as their text, it only includes a reference to any attachment name(s) - no ability to retrieve the attachment(s). Is there a workaround or alt. method to retrieve the documents/images or a method to request the functionality? Thanks in advance!
