Access VM of another user on Multi Tenancy

Can this be done? pressing # when dialing 66666 gets me locked out...
Works fine on my ENT licence...

If you are not using multitenant mode, simply dial your special menu number (66666 in your case) and press # when the prompt begins. You will then be asked to enter the extension number to check the voicemail and its voicemail PIN for that extension.

You can not use this feature with the multitenant mode; I'm afraid it is disabled in this mode.

Are there plans to implement this in the future and it only allows 'Department" users to check other mailboxes in their department? This is a feature we have been asked for by several of our customers and we have been met with disappointment that this isnt a feature.
