Calling Blocking of a Specific Number

[Deepak | Aastitva.com]

Hi,
One of our users was enabled with a specific mobile number.
The user received regular calls on this specific mobile number, as the mobile forwarding was working perfectly.
But suddenly, we started getting an error message, which is as follows:
Call or Registration to +91982xxxxxxx@(Ln.10007@BSNL) has failed. sip:218.xxx.yyyy.222:80;lr replied: Temporarily Unavailable (480).
Event ID 12294.

By the way, the given mobile # +91982xxxxxxx is absolutely functional on the user's phone.

All other calls to other numbers are getting routed perfectly. I checked all possible blacklist places, but found nothing.

Hi,

Go to the SIP trunk settings and select Check SIP Trunk. Then choose Outbound Call Test and enter the mobile number you want to call.

The test will generate a detailed log explaining why the call is failing. Please review it or share a sanitized copy with us, ensuring that any sensitive information is removed, so we can investigate the issue further.

Hi @CXBridge Ops,

Thanks for your reply. I did not get an alert for your reply to the email. I just happened to log in today and saw your message.

The SIP trunks are working well. But the moment I try to check the status, after going to all the checks (which is coming positive with green ticks), in the last mile, the service provider is 'unregistering', saying there are too many packets. The error is given below.

Error - The SIP Registration attempt got a failure response [forced unregister] at 10/9/2026 8:10:02 PM +05:30

The SIP is getting registered again automatically after 1 min. And calls to all numbers are happening except for 91982xxxxxxx

Is there any way to note in the log where the call is getting blocked?

The log is giving this error:
Call or Registration to +91982xxxxxx@(Ln.10007@BSNL) failed.
sip:218.248.xxx.yyyy:80;lr replied: Temporarily Unavailable (480)

Regards,
Deepak
